Warranty Coverage


All 2cuddly Products are covered by a 7-day limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.


During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any product that exhibits defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper care, free of charge.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover


This warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular pet use
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper cleaning
  • Products modified, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorized parties
  • Damage from accidents, natural disasters, or extreme environmental conditions
  • Products without valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice)
  • Items purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow product care instructions

Warranty Claim Process


To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@2cuddly.com within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
  2. Provide your order details, proof of purchase, product model number, and clear photos/videos of the defect.
  3. Follow our support team’s instructions for product return (if required). Return shipping costs for valid warranty claims will be covered by 2cuddly.
  4. After verifying the defect, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Replacement products carry the remaining warranty of the original item.

Additional Terms


This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products sold new. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 2cuddly reserves the right to update this warranty policy with prior notice, and the latest version will be available on our official website.
