2cuddly Member Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
 
- The Program is open to individual consumers aged 18 years or older with a valid email address and shipping address in regions where 2cuddly operates.
- Businesses, corporations, and other non-individual entities are not eligible to enroll in the Program.
- Each individual may maintain only one (1) Member Account. Duplicate accounts will be subject to termination at our sole discretion.
 
2. Membership Enrollment & Account Management
 
- Enrollment in the Program is free of charge. To enroll, you must complete the online registration form on the 2cuddly website  or mobile application, providing accurate and complete personal information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Member Account credentials (username and password) and for all activities conducted under your Account.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Member Account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorized use of your Account.
- You may update your Account information (e.g., shipping address, email, phone number) at any time through your online Member Account dashboard.
 
3. Membership Tiers & Benefits
 
2cuddly offers tiered Membership levels, with benefits increasing based on your cumulative qualifying purchases (defined below) over a 12-month period (the “Tier Cycle”). All tiers are subject to renewal annually.
 
3.1 Qualifying Purchases
 
Qualifying Purchases are purchases of 2cuddly pet products made through our official website, mobile app, or authorized retail partners, excluding:
 
- Gift card purchases
- Shipping and handling fees
- Taxes
- Returns, refunds, or cancelled orders
- Discounted purchases made with third-party coupons or wholesale pricing
 
3.2 Benefit Redemption
 
- Discounts and rewards are automatically applied to your qualifying purchases when logged into your Member Account.
- Birthday rewards must be redeemed within 30 days of your pet’s birthday (as provided in your Account).
- Annual loyalty gifts and exclusive event invitations are distributed at our sole discretion, based on availability.
- Benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
 
4. Tier Renewal & Reset
 
- Tier status is valid for 12 months from the date you qualify for that tier (the “Tier Start Date”).
- At the end of the Tier Cycle, your cumulative qualifying purchases will be reset to $0, and your new tier will be determined based on your qualifying purchases during the previous Tier Cycle.
- If you do not meet the qualifying purchase requirement for your current tier during the Tier Cycle, you will be downgraded to the appropriate tier for the next cycle.
 
5. Modification & Termination of the Program
 
- 2cuddly reserves the right to modify these Terms, the Program structure, tier requirements, or benefits at any time, with reasonable notice posted on our website or sent to you via email.
- We may suspend or terminate your Member Account or your participation in the Program if:
- You violate these Terms or any 2cuddly policies
- You provide false or misleading information during enrollment
- You engage in fraudulent activity (e.g., creating duplicate accounts, gaming rewards)
- You use the Program for commercial purposes
- Upon Program termination (either by you or 2cuddly), all unused rewards, discounts, and tier benefits will be forfeited immediately.
 
6. Limitation of Liability
 
- 2cuddly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program, including but not limited to loss of rewards, missed promotions, or unauthorized Account use.
- We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, quality, or suitability of Program benefits, and disclaim all warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
