2cuddly Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By using the Platform or completing a purchase with 2cuddly, You confirm that You are at least 18 years of age, or have the legal consent of a parent or guardian to use the Platform if You are under 18.
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Platform or purchase of Our products after the update constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Platform Use
- You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes, and in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
- Prohibited uses of the Platform include, but are not limited to:

4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping options, costs, and delivery timelines are displayed at checkout, based on Your shipping address and order size. Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We ship to regions where 2cuddly operates, including the United States, European Union member states, and select international locations. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by Your country/region for international shipments.
- Title and risk of loss for products pass to You upon delivery to the designated shipping address. You agree to inspect all products upon receipt and notify Us immediately of any damage or discrepancies.
5. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the Platform and 2cuddly products (including logos, trademarks, brand names, product designs, text, images, and content) are owned by or licensed to 2cuddly.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of Our intellectual property without Our explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of Our intellectual property constitutes copyright/trademark infringement and will result in legal action.
