1. Production Timeline
Due to high demand, all products require 15–20 business days for production and quality control. This timeline starts once your order and payment are confirmed.
(Production time is not included in shipping transit estimates)
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
After production is complete, we offer the following shipping methods
(production time excluded):
Express Air Freight: 7–15 business days transit time (Worldwide)
Standard Sea Freight: 60–70 business days transit time (Selected regions)
Transit times are estimates and do not include customs clearance or local delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, package weight/dimensions, and your chosen shipping method. Fees are displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number and carrier details via email once your order ships.
5. Customs & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Please ensure your shipping and tax information is accurate.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date with your order and tracking details. We will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
